Let's Get Started
1. Request an order for therapy
We will need a signed order from your child’s primary care provider indicating the need for therapy. You can call and request that order from the provider and have them fax it to us at (509) 340-9942.
2. Call our office
Call our office at (509) 209-7429. We will need your insurance information to make sure that your child is covered for therapy services. We will call your insurance company to obtain prior authorization, if needed, for scheduling therapy services.
3. Schedule an appointment
Once we have a signed prescription and insurance authorization, we will call you to schedule an appointment.
4. Come a tad early
Please bring your child’s current insurance cards with you to your first appointment. You will need to complete some paperwork at your first visit, so you may want to come a few minutes early.
